I can't say enough how much Mike did for me and my search for a new home. Coming out of a divorce, I was looking for a new condo. I was randomly paired with Mike through my request to view a property on the Zillow app. He showed me some places knowing my divorce was not final yet and I did not yet have access to the proceeds from the sale of my current home. He continued to show me properties as I searched for the right place at the right price in the right location. In total he showed me nearly twenty condos. All of his hard work (and patience) paid off when he helped me write an offer in December. All was smooth sailing until some issues popped up in the days before closing when it came to our attention that the seller didn't disclose some information regarding upcoming special assessments. Mike did an excellent job of working with the seller's agent to negotiate an excellent settlement on my behalf. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Mike to any looking to purchase a home.

Great experience working with Mike would recommend using 10 out of 10! Mike will let you know what houses are best to put offers and what houses avoid during showings so you do not waste your time or end up with a house not ideal for purchase. Also give sound advice on what type of offer to put in to get the deal closed. So far I have summited three offers with Mike over the last few years all three have closed!! one house appraised at purchase price and the other two appraised over the purchase price.
